Heather Fitzgerald, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data distribution, business intelligence, and CRM strategy. Currently serving as SVP - Distribution Data, Business Intelligence & CRM Strategy at Jackson, Heather previously held the position of VP - Head of Data & Business Intelligence. Alongside professional roles, Heather engages with academia as a Board Member for the Master of Science in Data Analytics program and as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Additional experience includes a role as Marketing & Analytics Advisor at BeNapa and serving as SVP Global Data & Analytics at Just Global, Inc. Heather Fitzgerald holds a BA in Economics from Michigan State University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Detroit Mercy.
