Frank Montel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Frank started working as an Excel Developer at Magna Mirrors in 2012, where they built Excel-based reports using Visual Basic for Applications. Later that year, they joined Hart and Cooley as a Database Coordinator, utilizing Excel VBA to solve business challenges and maintain databases. In 2013, Frank joined Belwith Products, LLC as a Business Information Analyst, where they worked until 2019. Frank then worked at Belwith-Keeler Decor Solutions as an Applications and System Development Manager before becoming the Director of IT. In 2022, Frank joined Jackson as a Senior Data Visualization & Analytics Engineer and was promoted to Lead Data Visualization & Analytics Engineer in 2023.

Frank Montel attended Grand Valley State University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a BBA degree in Economics and Finance. In addition to their formal education, Frank obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in 2023. Frank also received certifications in Strategic Applications of IT Project & Program Management from edX in 2019 and in various subjects such as SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, Analytics in Python, and delivering a Relational Data Warehouse from edX in previous years.
