Dan W. has extensive work experience in data science and IT management. Dan started their career at Charfoos & Christensen, P.C. as a Facilities Manager from May 2008 to September 2013. After that, they joined Jackson as a Document Developer II from September 2013 to August 2015. In this role, they designed and developed code deployments and served as a subject matter expert for a proprietary data entry system. From June 2015 to April 2019, Dan worked as an IT Capacity Planner at Jackson, where they developed and maintained tools for capacity planning and provided leadership with forecasting and analysis information. Dan then advanced to the position of Senior Data Scientist at Jackson from April 2019 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Lead Data Scientist at Jackson, starting in April 2022.

Dan W. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems at Wayne State University in 2013. Dan then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Business Analytics at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2015 to 2016.
