Cyndi Lai currently serves as the Head of Online Business for the Americas Region at Jackery since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as E-commerce Operations Manager at realme from June 2021 to July 2022, overseeing mobile phones and AIoT products, and at ECOVACS ROBOTICS from October 2020 to June 2021, focusing on robot vacuums. Cyndi also held the position of E-commerce Operations Manager at Makeblock from August 2015 to August 2020. Earlier career experience includes working as a Marketing Specialist at Cognex Corporation from August 2014 to August 2015 and as an Overseas Sales representative at RoadRover from July 2013 to August 2014. Cyndi Lai is pursuing an MBA at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, expected to complete in 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Hunan University of Technology and Business, earned in 2013.
