Caroline Chau studied psychology and sociology at the University of Melbourne, before completing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at RMIT University. Caroline then undertook VCE (Higher School Certificate) studies at Camberwell Girls' Grammar School. Later, they completed a certification from New York University in Public Relations and Corporate Communications.

Caroline Chau reports to Heather Morris, President. They are on a team with Lauren Torjussen - Senior Account Director, Chase Chewning - Consultant - Podcast, and Dana Quinn - Senior Account Executive.
