Jonathan Garay has a strong background as a creative director, with extensive experience in leading and developing creative concepts. Jonathan started their career as an Associate Creative Director at GlobalHue in 2011 and later moved to fluent360, where they held the position of Associate Creative Director from 2015 to 2017. Jonathan then joined Republica Havas as an Associate Creative Director for a brief period in 2017. In 2018, Jonathan became the Group Creative Director at WOW MKTG, a role they held until 2023. During this time, they also worked as a Creative Director at Jack Morton Worldwide from 2020 to 2021 before returning to the same company in 2023 as a Creative Director. Overall, Jonathan Garay has demonstrated their expertise in creative direction and has a proven track record of success in the field.

Jonathan Garay obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Illustration from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design from 1993 to 1995. Jonathan then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design at the Escuela de Artes Plasticas de Puerto Rico from 1996 to 1998.
