Tom Postell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tom started their career as a Chemical Process Operator at Solvay Barium in 1990 and worked there for 11 years. In 2001, they joined Wisenbaker Builder Services as a Division Manager, where they stayed until 2009. Following that, they joined Jack Laurie Group and held various roles, including Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Executive Vice President, and currently serves as EVP and Business Unit Leader since 2023.

Tom Postell obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from San Jacinto College. Following this, they attended the University of Houston from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Legal Studies.
