Tom Johnson currently serves as the Sr. Director of Consumer Insights & Analytics at Jack in the Box since October 2022, while also holding a similar position at Del Taco since 2008, where Tom created the strategic insights department from its inception and manages a significant annual research budget. Prior to these roles, Tom was the Assistant General Manager at Lieberman Research Worldwide from 1998 to 2008, where Tom played a key role in achieving over $4 million in annual sales growth and was recognized as the youngest Assistant GM in the company's history after multiple promotions. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from California State University, Fullerton.
