Kathryn M. then pursued further education at Cleveland State University, where they completed their CDP degree in Diversity Management from 1998 to 2000. Later, from 2000 to 2004, they earned their MA degree in Psychology and Diversity Management, also from Cleveland State University. In 2015, Kathryn obtained their Executive Coaching Certification from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
