Rachel Stromberg is an accomplished Learning Lead at Jabil since October 2020, responsible for developing Learning and Development strategies for the Partner Lifecycle/Change Management Division. With extensive experience as a consultant for various high-profile clients, including Wounded Warrior Project and TIAA Bank, Rachel has also served as Training and Development Manager at Mad Cowford Improv Comedy, where initiatives leverage improvisational techniques to enhance corporate training. Prior roles at Allstate included multiple positions in Learning and Development, where execution of a robust performance management program reached over 290 individuals. Rachel's leadership experience is further highlighted through service on the Board of Directors for the Association for Talent Development. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
