Lindsay Badeaux currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Jabian Consulting, a strategic management and technology consulting firm, since October 2021. Prior to this role, Lindsay held several positions at the UVA School of Data Science as the Director of Academic Affairs and at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where responsibilities included Associate Director of Academic Services and various admissions roles. Additional experience includes work as an Admissions Counselor at Northwestern University and office support positions at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, and Athens-Clarke County. Lindsay holds a Master's of Science in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Georgia, complemented by leadership training at the Stagen Leadership Academy in 2022.
