Saad Ben Aiban serves as the Chief Project Manager Officer and Executive CEO Advisor at Jabal Omar Development Co. since April 2021. Previously, Saad held the position of Vice President of Project Management at Saudi Mining Company (Ma'aden) from February 2018 to August 2020, overseeing mega projects and stakeholder management. Prior to that, Saad was the Executive Program Director for the Ma’aden JV with SABIC and MOSAIC, managing the US$8 billion Ma’aden Phosphate Project. Saad’s earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Program Commercial Director for the Ma’aden Alcoa Aluminium Complex Project, valued at US$10.3 billion, and as Corporate Procurement & Contracts Manager at SABIC for the SHARQ Ethylene Expansion Phase 3.
