Mohamed E. Metwally is an accomplished procurement and contracts executive with extensive experience in construction and quality management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Procurement and Contracts Executive Director at Jabal Omar Development Co. since October 2016, responsibilities include managing construction change orders and overseeing contract document compliance. Additionally, Mohamed holds a board member position at Central District Cooling Company starting June 2024. Previously, at Hill International, Inc., from November 2011 to September 2016, key responsibilities encompassed quality management representation and the maintenance of ISO 9001 certification in Saudi Arabia.
