Alex Wigzell is currently the Founding Partner at Jaba Talent, where they partner with businesses and individuals on talent initiatives, capital intro, and growth planning. Prior to founding Jaba Talent, Alex held various roles in talent management and growth strategy at Citadel Asset Management, Engineers Gate, and Search. In addition, Alex also spent time as a Volunteer Mentor at Chance UK. Alex recently completed an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD.
