John De Leon, P.E. is a highly skilled civil engineer with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and extensive experience in water resources and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. since November 2019, John has previously contributed to roadway, water, and structural engineering at RB & G Engineering, Inc. John also held roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University, where John was involved in technical support and academic assistance in engineering disciplines. Earlier work experience includes technical support at Aquaveo and various campus roles involving organization and delivery tasks.
