Ariel Gudwin has extensive experience in employee engagement and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Employee Engagement at J Street since August 2018, with previous promotions through the ranks, including Deputy and Assistant Director. Prior experience includes an internship with the Office of the Ombudsperson at USDA, outreach coordination at CAVU, and roles in sales and administration at various organizations. Ariel Gudwin holds a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Portland State University.
