Kathy Colby has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Software Design Analyst at J Street Technology since May 2012. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of Project Manager for FAST Product Development at Constellation HomeBuilder Systems from November 1994 to February 2012. Earlier in Kathy's career, from April 1990 to November 1994, Kathy was the Technical and Training Services Manager for the Court Management Division at Data West Systems, Inc.
