Hank McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and procurement across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager and Commodity Fertilizer Manager at J.R. Simplot Company, Inc., Hank is responsible for purchasing $500 million worth of fertilizer for 40 retail stores in the Mountain West region and managing sustainability strategies for the AgriBusiness group. Prior to this role, Hank served in the US Navy, where responsibilities included Communications and IT Program Manager for the USS PENNSYLVANIA, overseeing significant personnel and operational budgets, and Nuclear Engineering Program Manager, focusing on strict quality assurance in nuclear operations. Hank holds a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy and a certificate in Nuclear Engineering from Nuclear Power School.
