Mike Buss currently serves as the Head of Quality Delivery at J. Murphy & Sons Limited since November 2021. Previously, Mike held various roles at Taylor Woodrow from May 2016 to November 2021, including QCAH Manager, Information Manager, and Head of Quality, overseeing quality assurance processes and strategic implementation. Prior experience includes a position as Quality Manager at Carillion Plc, where Mike was responsible for quality systems at major projects such as Gatwick and Heathrow Airports. Additional experience encompasses project management roles for community center projects with the Ministry of Defence and consulting work for TPS Consult in heavy civils, focusing on structural and geotechnical design solutions.
