Ewelina Szczepanska is currently engaged in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Traineeship at Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board, focusing on various modules related to Pharma Manufacturing Technologies and holding QQI Level 5 Component Awards. Prior experience includes a role as a Facilities Operative at Aramark, where Ewelina performed cleaning tasks in sterile manufacturing areas, and as a Retail Sales Assistant at Sami Swoi, providing customer service and processing payments. Ewelina has also worked in clerical roles, including as a Clerical Assistant at Manzarek Sp.z.o.o and The Laser Cutting Company. Ewelina owned and managed a clothing store, overseeing various business operations, and began a career in catering at Green Land Public School. Educational qualifications include a QQI Level 5 in Life Science and a Leaving Certificate in Marketing and Business from a Polish high school.
