Jessica Folis has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Jessica has worked as a Luxury Apartment Locator & REALTOR at The Standard Real Estate since 2020. Prior to that, they were a Marketing Mentor at J&L Marketing, Inc. from 2015. At J&L Marketing, they mentored new event coordinators and organized direct marketing campaigns.

Jessica also worked at Simoson Real Estate LLC as an Apartment Locator & Realtor from 2019 to 2020, where they offered boutique services for clients looking to buy, sell, or lease a home. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Dallas Apartment Locator & Realtor at Simoson Real Estate, helping exceptional clients find exceptional homes.

Before that, Jessica worked as a Leasing Professional at Monogram Residential Trust from 2016 to 2017, excelling at closing over one million in annual revenue.

Prior to their real estate roles, Jessica gained experience in property management and leasing positions. Jessica worked as a Leasing Specialist at Wesscorp Communities, LLC from 2013 to 2015, where they conducted market surveys and trained new leasing staff. Jessica also worked as an Assistant Property Manager at LEDIC Management Group from 2012 to 2013, representing the property in legal matters and coordinating vendors.

In 2011, Jessica started their career as a Leasing Consultant at Sentinel Real Estate, where they built knowledge in leasing and property management, including fair housing requirements and landlord-tenant laws.

Throughout their career, Jessica has gained expertise in luxury rentals, property management, negotiation, contract knowledge, and housing legalities.

Jessica Folis has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Psychology, Latin, and Italian from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jessica also holds a Real Estate Sales License, which they obtained from Champions School of Real Estate.
