Joanne Kucay is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Knipper Health since December 2009, Joanne has held significant HR leadership roles at Barrier Therapeutics, BASF, and Wyeth, among others. Educationally, Joanne earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Ramapo College of New Jersey, completing studies from 1974 to 1978.
