Christy Panagakis is an accomplished Senior Customer and Market Insights Analyst at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., where quantitative and qualitative research studies emphasize the organization's voice. Prior to this role, Christy served as the Director of Research and Evaluation at the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, focusing on local community needs and presenting findings on ALICE households.
