Emily Skelton is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner, Sr. at JJ Kane Auctioneers since February 2022, Emily previously held the position of HR Generalist II at Altec from February 2015 to June 2022, where support was provided to managers and associates across various HR matters. Earlier roles include Assistant Vice President and Benefits Manager at McGriff, Seibels & Williams, where oversight of benefits administration and policy evaluation was key. As a Human Resources Manager at Melior, Emily managed HR functions for over 75 employees across 26 states, developing and implementing personnel policies.
