Chris Shi, MBA, MCAD, CSM has over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. Chris served as the Director of Web Applications at J.F. Shea Co., Inc. since November 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Green Dot Corporation as the Director of Software Engineering, where they were responsible for managing teams and technology for mobile platforms and IVR & CRM systems. Before joining Green Dot Corporation, Chris worked at Experian Consumer Services as the Senior Manager of Software Engineering, where they led remote teams and played a key role in the company's transition to Agile methodology.

Chris Shi earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002. Following this, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2007 to 2010.
