Storm Baird is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at J.Crew since April 2023. Prior to this role, Storm held the position of Senior Director - Human Resources Business Partner at Madewell from June 2021 to April 2023, and previously worked at J.Crew as Director - Human Resources from December 2014 to June 2021. Additionally, Storm gained valuable experience as Manager - Employee Relations at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York from March 2007 to December 2014.
