Chad Henson has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Managed Logistics at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Schneider from 2010 to 2021, where they held various roles including Driver Experience & Productivity Lead, Regional Account Customer Experience Manager, On-Site Operations Manager, Market Support Manager, and Rotational Leader & Area Planning Manager. From 2019 to 2021, Chad also worked as a Pyrotechnician at Melrose Pyrotechnics, Inc. Chad began their career as a Resident Assistant at Purdue University from 2009 to 2010.

Chad Henson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business at Purdue University Northwest from 2008 to 2010. Chad then pursued their Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of Arkansas from 2023 to 2024.
