Silvia Rebecca currently serves as the Head of Yves Rocher Business at IZONE INDONUSA, a position held since June 2017, where responsibilities include developing the capabilities of Beauty Advisors and Sales Assistants in product consultation and customer service. Prior to this role, Silvia was a Sales Operations Trainer and BA Trainer at L'Oréal Indonesia from October 2015 to June 2017, focusing on creating training materials for Beauty Advisors and the Sales Team. Earlier experience includes working as a Product Executive at Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories from September 2014 to October 2015, where branding and promoting products were key responsibilities. Silvia holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed in 2013, and pursued further education in Apothecary at the same university in 2014.
