Lucinda Rudolph is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Iziko Museums of South Africa since July 2020. Prior to this role, Lucinda acted as an HR Business Partner at mothers2mothers and was the Business Owner at Petra People Services, providing HR consultancy to small and medium enterprises. Lucinda also held various significant positions at Ikamva Labantu, including Deputy Director and HR Director, contributing to strategic management, organizational development, and fundraising efforts. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Manager at the City of Cape Town and South Peninsula Municipality, where Lucinda managed HR functions and projects, and as an HR Practitioner at Cape Town City Council. Lucinda holds a BSocSci degree from the University of Cape Town and has completed various leadership and coaching courses.
