Louise Harvey currently serves as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at iXsystems, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Louise was the Senior Total Rewards Specialist at Measurabl from June 2021 to August 2023. Louise also has extensive experience as a Human Resources Manager at Balfour Beatty plc from September 2012 to December 2020, where duties included accounts payable, payroll, and compliance. Earlier in Louise’s career, experience as a Payroll Supervisor at HB Management Group, Inc. spanned from July 2007 to September 2012, with responsibilities for multi-state payroll processing and compliance with wage and hour laws. Louise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2007.
