Matthew Hall has extensive work experience in software development and management roles. Matthew started their career at Butler Commerce Solutions as a Software Engineer and later became a Consulting Software Engineer where they were responsible for developing, training, and supporting a J2EE B2B eCommerce package. Matthew also worked directly with customers on various projects and provided assistance in areas such as database migrations, application integration, graphics, and web design.

Matthew then joined ARCHIBUS Solution Centers as a Software Engineer, where they added custom enhancements to the space management software package and developed an XML-based module for integrating conference room appliances with the room scheduling system.

After that, Matthew returned to Butler Commerce Solutions as a Senior Enterprise Application Developer, where they played a crucial role in developing a Java-based mission-critical route accounting system for wholesale distributors and an Apple iOS based retail execution package.
