Alexander Del is a seasoned chef with extensive experience in various culinary roles across notable establishments. Currently serving as a Chef at Ixchel London since October 2023, Alexander has previously held positions such as Chef at Groupe Yannick Alléno and Head Chef at Beaverbrook. With a strong background in Japanese cuisine, Alexander worked as Development Chef for DO & CO AG, managing Japanese development for British Airways and consulting for international events.
