Keith Hind has extensive experience in the IT services industry. Keith is currently the Technical Director at IX Solutions Ltd., where they lead the development of technical practices and managed services. Keith works closely with subject matter experts to ensure the delivery of excellent services and exceed client expectations.

Prior to their current role, Keith worked at Northern Computer Inc. for over a decade. Keith held various positions including Senior Technical Lead, where they provided technical leadership to technicians and system engineers. Keith was responsible for project design, delivery, and ongoing system maintenance. Additionally, they served as a Senior Network Support Technician, designing and implementing IT systems for businesses of all sizes and industries. Keith also collaborated with customers and network technicians to deliver complex IT projects.

Throughout their career, Keith has consistently demonstrated their expertise in IT services, project management, and customer satisfaction.

Keith Hind obtained a Network and Telecommunications Engineering Technology Diploma from Okanagan College, where they studied Network & Telecommunications Engineering from 2010 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP) from Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, in January 2021, Aruba Certified Edge Associate (ACEA) from the same institution in January 2021, Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) in July 2020, Aruba Certified Design Associate (ACDA) in April 2020, Palo Alto PCNSE from Palo Alto Networks in August 2020 and again in August 2018, Cisco CCNA from Cisco in May 2012, and Cisco Meraki Network Associate (CMNA) with no specified dates or institution.
