Ross Hunter has an extensive work experience in various industries. Ross currently holds the position of VP Product at Inpay - The Fastest Growing Company in Denmark since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as Head of Strategy at iwoca from June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for driving future growth plans and leading specific growth initiatives. Before that, they worked as the UK Investment Lead at August One from December 2020 to May 2021. Ross also has experience as a Founder at Conflux Media, Inc from May 2020 to February 2021. Ross has served as a Senior Advisor at a Fintech startup from February 2020 to October 2020.

In their previous roles, Ross held leadership positions at Post Office Ltd as Product Director from April 2017 to November 2019, and at Virgin Money. At Virgin Money, they held the positions of Director of Strategy and Business Development (SME) from October 2015 to August 2016, and Head of Corporate Development from July 2013 to October 2015. Ross played a crucial role in developing Virgin Money's small-business banking operation and executing the IPO.

Before joining Virgin Money, Ross worked at Barclays as VP, Product Strategy from January 2011 to July 2013. Ross led the product strategy for Barclays' business and retail banking, focusing on small business banking and retail current accounts. Prior to that, they worked at Booz & Company as a Senior Associate from September 2007 to December 2010. In this role, they served as a management consultant, advising financial institutions on corporate strategies, M&A, and large-scale transformations. Ross gained experience working in the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa during their tenure at Booz & Company.

Ross Hunter obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2001. Ross then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School, completing it in 2007.
