David Kellenberger, CCIM, CBB, is an accomplished business intermediary and commercial real estate broker with extensive experience since 2000 as the owner of Kellenberger & Associates, LLC, where services include assisting business owners in transitioning privately held businesses. In addition, Kellenberger has been a CCIM Certified Broker specializing in confidential business sales with NAI Latter & Blum Commercial Real Estate since 2001, and previously served as a Senior Business Intermediary at Gottesman Company, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in Louisiana. Prior roles include Division Manager at Intertape Polymer Group, overseeing North American manufacturing operations, and Vice President and General Manager at B.A.G. Corp., managing manufacturing and sales across multiple plants. Kellenberger holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA from Xavier University - Williams College of Business, supplemented by further education at The University of Texas at Dallas.
