Karina Haidamous has extensive experience in the hospitality and workspace management sectors. Currently serving as Community Sales Manager and Operations Manager at IWG plc since October 2015, Karina focuses on transforming workspaces in Brazil. Previous roles include Community Manager and Senior Customer Service Representative at Regus, where support was provided to the Operations Director. Prior to IWG, Karina worked at Rede Estanplaza de Hotéis from July 2011 to August 2015 as Reception Supervisor, overseeing reception operations and managing a team of 14. Notable earlier positions include Team Leader and Receptionist at Hotel Estanplaza Paulista and Reception Intern at Hotel Estanplaza Nações Unidas.
