Jonas Koch's work experience starts with their current role as the Head of Financial Accounting at IWB Industrielle Werke Basel, which they began in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PwC from 2014 to 2022, progressing from an Intern in Assurance to Senior Manager. In their roles at PwC, Jonas was responsible for conducting financial audits for multinational companies, managing client relationships, and overseeing various accounting and audit topics such as Swiss Patent Box implementation and IFRS transition. Before joining PwC, they worked as a Project Management Intern at ISS Facility Services from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Jonas spent a voluntary year in Brazil as a Volunteer at Organização Palavra da Vida, where they performed maintenance tasks, worked at a day care center, and participated in various educational activities.

From 2011 to 2014, Jonas Koch attended the University of Basel where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Then, from 2016 to 2018, they studied at EXPERTsuisse where they earned a Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer | Swiss CPA degree.
