Chief Marketing Officer at Ivosights

A. Kristiyanto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. A. began their career at PT. Satelit Palapa Indonesia (Satelindo) as a GSM Network Infrastructure Supervisor in 1995. A. worked in that role for seven years before moving on to PT. Indosat, Tbk - member of Ooredoo Group in 2001. At Indosat, they took on multiple roles including Subject Matter Expert IN Project, Cellular Product Development Supervisor, Subject Matter Expert New Postpaid Billing Project, Postpaid Product Development Manager, and Division Head Postpaid Product Development & Management.

In 2011, Kristiyanto became the Division Head of Online and Social Media Marketing at Indosat, where they designed digital media plans and managed customer engagement. A. also served as the Senior Project Manager, contributing to the design and development of a digital product development organization and implementing agile processes.

In 2016, they joined Indosat Ooredoo as a Customer Experience Design & Journey Expert, focusing on improving product quality and assurance through the implementation of agile methodology and real-time monitoring. In addition, they played a key role in introducing transparency and visibility in the product deliverable process.

Most recently, in 2018, Kristiyanto became the Chief Marketing Officer at Ivosights, where they lead the marketing efforts for the company.

A. Kristiyanto began their education by attending SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta from 1987 to 1990. During this time, they studied a general field of Biology. After completing high school, Kristiyanto enrolled in the University of Pancasila, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management from 1990 to 1994. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Master's degree in Information System at the University of Gunadharma.
