Maria Dubik is a seasoned professional with expertise in people operations and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of People and Operations at IvorySoft since August 2021. Maria's responsibilities include talent acquisition, managing the recruiting process, data collection from clients, and onboarding newcomers, as well as maintaining communication with foreign customers and candidates. Prior to this role, Maria was an Investment Attraction Specialist at the Lviv Regional State Administration from January 2019 to January 2020. Maria holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and has furthered education through studies at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg and the University of Warsaw.
