Tara Matthewman has a solid background in Human Resources and People Services, with experience in various industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and retail. Currently serving as the Group Head of People Services & People Transformation at ivolve care & support, Tara previously held roles such as Group Head of HR at Converse pharma group and Senior HR Lead at NHS. Prior to that, Tara served as the National Human Resources Manager at a Fire and Security Provider and as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Solarglass Windowcare. Tara also has experience as a Senior Retail Manager and Regional People Lead at TUI.
