Floor Geelen is an experienced facility coordinator currently serving at IVO-Deurne since January 2021, overseeing operations across four educational institutions, including the implementation of a new waste policy and space redesigns. Prior to this role, Floor worked as a financial advisor for Rabobank from April 2020, advising private clients on a range of financial products. In earlier positions, Floor provided banking services at Rabobank Weerterland en Cranendonck and contributed to projects addressing food waste and housing at GGzE. An internship as a Human Rights facilitator with Africa Unite focused on empowering youth and enhancing social cohesion. Floor holds a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and a vocational degree in Leisure & Hospitality from De Rooi Pannen.
