Froilan Mate has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Froilan started their career in 2002 as a Bartender at Bill Bateman's Bistro. From there, they transitioned to a Ballroom Dance Instructor role at Arthur Murray Franchised Dance Studio in 2005, where they stayed until 2009. Froilan then worked as an Independent Ballroom Dance Instructor from 2009 to 2014 while also working as a Patron Services Associate at Center Stage Baltimore from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Froilan joined Prometric as a Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for upgrading workstations and systems. In 2015, they became an IT Systems Consultant at Atruent, a role they held until 2018. Froilan'smost recent position was as an Infrastructure Engineer at iVision starting in 2018. Throughout their career, Froilan has demonstrated expertise in various areas including dance instruction, IT systems, and infrastructure engineering.

Froilan Mate's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre/Theater from Towson University, which was obtained from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2009 to 2013, Froilan pursued further education at Towson University, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Information Technology and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Database Management Systems.
