Mary Schier has over 30 years of experience in the finance and operations industry. Mary began their career in 1990 as a Customer Service Coordinator for Sony. Mary then moved to Applied Computer Technology in 1996, where they served as a Sales Coordinator. In 2000, Mary joined The Yacobian Group as a Finance Manager/HR Manager. In 2017, Mary was hired by Blueday, Inc. as a Manager of Finance & Operations, where they managed the finance, operations, and human resource departments, and was responsible for financial reporting, analysis, transparency, and accuracy of the business. In 2020, Mary joined Supporting Strategies as a Financial Operations Director, providing bookkeeping services for four companies and managing a team of Managers and Associates. Mary also served as an Acquisition Consultant for Tulip that same year, assisting with the acquisition by transitioning all Financial, Human Resources, and IT from Blueday Inc. to Tulip. Mary is currently a Finance Manager for iVexSol, a position they have held since 2022.

Mary Schier attended Purdue University Krannert School of Management from 1985 to 1989. In 2021, they obtained a QuickBooks Online certification from Intuit and in 2019, they obtained a PI Practitioner certification from The Predictive Index.
