Eleanor Cooper-Haggan is an experienced event coordinator currently working at Shooby Doo Catering since February 2024. Prior to this role, Eleanor served as a banquet lead, server, and bartender at Ivar's Inc. from April 2023 to February 2024, and held positions as a sales coordinator and guest experience expert at W Hotels between October 2021 and April 2023. Eleanor's experience also includes a position as a server at Ivar's Inc. from March 2022 to October 2022 and as an operations intern at Adrift Hospitality, where involvement spanned various departments to enhance understanding of the tourism industry. Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Tourism Management from the University of Lincoln, earned between 2017 and 2021, and previously attended Bexhill College and St. Richards Catholic College.
