Rishabh Singawne has a diverse range of work experience in supply chain management and operations. Rishabh began their career at Circuitronix, LLC as an Inside Sales Associate, where they were responsible for cost analysis, quoting, production, and delivery of PCBs and plastic products. Rishabh then moved on to Pulse Secure (Aeries Technology Group), where they worked as an Order Management Specialist. In this role, they mentored a team and resolved issues related to shipment, costing, and lead-time. Rishabh also developed analytics and reporting for trade compliance screenings, saving the company over $1 million in fines.

After Pulse Secure, Rishabh joined Ivanti as a Supply Chain Analyst, where they assisted with various supply chain optimization projects and cost reduction initiatives. Rishabh helped drive process improvements and cost savings through daily operational efficiencies. Rishabh also aided in supplier performance goals and played a key role in planning and forecasting to ensure a monthly forecast and build plan. Rishabh then advanced to the role of Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Ivanti, where they led supply chain optimization projects, cost reduction initiatives, and planning and forecasting processes. Rishabh also managed both forward and reverse logistics and supported international compliance and homologation approvals.

In addition to their corporate experience, Rishabh served as the President of the Drexel Supply Chain Management Association, where they revitalized the organization and increased membership from 16 to 81. Rishabh organized numerous events, collaborated with industry partners, and raised funding for the association.

Throughout their career, Rishabh has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, inventory optimization, project management, supplier operations, compliance, and homologation. Rishabh has a proven track record of driving process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiency.

Rishabh Singawne completed their Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2009 and 2013. Rishabh also completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1997 to 2009 with a focus on Maths and Science.

In addition to their formal education, Rishabh Singawne has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received a Certificate of Business Excellence in Negotiation and Influence from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In 2017, they achieved a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The Graduate College of Drexel University. Furthermore, Rishabh is certified in English Comprehension by Aspiring Minds, which they obtained in November 2014. Rishabh also holds the AMCAT Certified Engineering Trainee - Electronics and Semiconductor Engineering certification from Aspiring Minds, obtained in September 2014. Additionally, in January 2011, Rishabh obtained the National Cadet Corps 'C' Certificate from the Government of India.
