Nicole Dufresne, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Nicole began their career in 1999 as a Restaurant Event Coordinator at Holiday Inn, where they organized and managed events within the restaurant and lounge area. In 2002, they joined AAA Miami Valley as a Dispatcher, coordinating and dispatching tow truck operators for emergency roadside service calls.
In 2007, Nicole transitioned to The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, starting as a Hardware Support Specialist before moving on to become a Project Manager/Project Coordinator. In these roles, they provided project management and coordination for complex technology initiatives and managed cross-functional teams of hardware specialists and network engineers. Nicole also assisted clients with hardware and software support.
Following their time at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, Nicole joined The Independence Center in 2014 as a Project Administrator. Nicole'sresponsibilities included applicant interviews, staff training, meeting planning, and document creation. Nicole also networked and advocated for the center with community entities.
In 2016, Nicole joined Cherwell Software as a Software Support Analyst, supporting customers with their ITIL and ITSM process needs. Nicole was promoted to tier 2 support and then to Product Support Team Lead. In addition to customer support, Nicole also developed the Cherwell Community and managed workflows for knowledge improvement.
Currently, Nicole is working at Ivanti as a Senior Support Operations Manager, a role they started in 2021.

Nicole'sacademic journey began in 1995 at Northridge High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General Education. Following this, Nicole attended Sinclair Community College from 2004 to 2009, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their degrees, Nicole actively sought certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Nicole'scertifications include ITIL Certification from PeopleCert in 2018 and KCS Practices v6 Certification in Knowledge Management from Upland RightAnswers in 2018. Nicole also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in Information Technology Project Management from the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University in 2019.
