Eric Dunnihoo has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Eric started their career at Symantec in 2006, where they worked as a Customer Support Specialist, providing support for both consumers and corporate clients. Eric then transitioned to the role of Technical Support Product Specialist, where they handled technical inquiries and assisted customers with product-related issues. In 2010, Eric took on a new role at Symantec as an Inside Renewal Sales Representative. In this position, they were responsible for providing quotes and managing renewal opportunities using Salesforce. Eric later became a Renewal Sales Support Specialist, where they validated maintenance renewal opportunities and assisted Renewal Representatives with quote updates and inquiries. Currently, Eric is working as a Renewal Account Manager at Ivanti, a position they started in 2022.

Eric Dunnihoo has a diverse education history. Eric obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, where they studied from an unknown start year until 2010. Eric later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Governors University, completing this program between 2018 and 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Eric has also obtained several certifications. These include the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they achieved in December 2019.
