Julie Bourgon is Head, Shopping Centers Canada. In this capacity, she is responsible for ensuring the management, optimization and performance of all of the company's Canadian shopping center assets.

In 2018, she joined the residential group as Senior Director, Asset Management before being appointed Vice-President, Residential Asset Management in October 2019. Julie was then responsible for ensuring post-asset management. -investment of the global residential portfolio.

Julie has been working in the field of finance and investment for more than 15 years where she has accumulated extensive skills in negotiation, transactions and investment management in several territories. Prior to her arrival at Ivanhoé Cambridge, she worked at PSP Investissements, where she held various positions within the Real Estate Investments team.

Julie stands out for her energy, her varied real estate expertise and her ability to build high-performance teams. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in finance from the University of Sherbrooke.
