Thibault Lasou's work experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Ivalua starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Studio Indéfini SAS as a Lead Développeur from June 2020 to October 2022. In this role, they managed a team of 2 developers and 2 artists, prioritized tasks, set deadlines, and controlled their work using the Kanban methodology. Thibault also developed in C# 7.

Before that, Thibault worked as a Data Engineer for Airbus at Capgemini Invent from April 2018 to September 2018. Thibault participated in the Skywise project and worked on multiple application development projects using the Palantir platform to improve the reliability of client aircraft. Thibault was responsible for data flow transformations and testing.

In 2017, Thibault worked as a Junior Data Engineer at Capgemini Consulting on a Palantir Big Data program for Airbus. Thibault contributed to the project by developing data flow transformations and conducting tests.

As an intern at KRYS GROUP in 2016, Thibault worked on urgent ordering processes and developed a monitoring program for production machines.

In 2015, Thibault interned at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives. Thibault worked in the Laboratory for Mechanical Behaviour of Irradiated Materials, where they structured and exploited a database of tests on fuel rods made of zirconium alloys and crafted test specimens in stainless steel.

Thibault Lasou obtained a French Baccalauréat with a focus on Scientific studies from Lycée Jean Monnet - La-Queue-Lez-Yvelines in the years 2012 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Science from Polytech Paris-Saclay between 2013 and 2018.
