Sylvestre Muslewski's work experience started in 1998 as an Analyst Programmer intern at Aérospatiale. This was followed by another intern role as an Analyst Programmer at Icone France, where they developed software and created the company's website. In 1999, they worked as an Analyst Programmer at Michael Page Conseil Informatique, where they undertook fixed price contract missions for various clients and was involved in project analysis and creating a proprietary communication protocol.

In 2003, Muslewski joined Lafarge Ciments as a Management Control specialist, responsible for developing and maintaining an application in the industrial and commercial fields. Sylvestre also provided technical and functional support. Following this, they worked as an Analyst Programmer at VINCI Park, where they developed and maintained parking lot management software and provided multilingual support.

From 2007 to 2009, Muslewski worked as a Project Engineer at ALSY (Orange Business Services), where they undertook missions for Banque de France, Gucci Group, and Total. During this time, they analyzed and configured SharePoint sites and provided assistance and support in their implementation and exploitation.

Muslewski then joined Ivalua in 2009 as an R&D Software Engineer. In this role, they analyzed upgrade requests and participated in the development of a tool for automating application upgrades. Sylvestre also used reverse engineering and debugging techniques to solve project issues throughout the upgrade cycle. Sylvestre Muslewski completed their Baccalauréat ES (Economique et social) from Lycée Jean Jaurès, Carmaux (81) in the years 1993 to 1996. Sylvestre then pursued DUT STID (Statistique et traitement informatique des données) from UPVD Alumni between 1996 and 1999. In 2003, Sylvestre obtained a Diplôme Universitaire IGHM (Interfaces Graphiques Homme-Machine) from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
